Beside Still Waters seemed like the perfect name for this piece with such a serene feel. The background almost looks like there's a soft rain happening in the background and the lush florals keep your eye moving from one beautiful spot to the next.
I hope this painting will always remind the viewer of the 23rd Psalm and verse 2 that that tells us how the Lord leads us beside still waters....He comforts and refreshes us and restores our soul. I'd like to think this painting will serve as a sweet reminder of Him every time they see it.
